Problem Statement:

The City of Seattle wants some help communicating insights to the public from their most recent report on residential recycling and waste prevention. Specifically, they want you to try to address the following questions:

– The City wants to reach a recycling rate of 70%. Are they heading in the right direction?

– Is the growing population driving an increase in total waste?

– How is the recycling volume per capita per day (pounds) trending compared to the disposed volume per capita per day (pounds)?

– Is there a lot of competition for comparable listings?

– What are similar listings charging per night?

– How popular are similar listings? What about recent listings?
