Problem Statement:
Jessica lives in West Seattle (98126) and is trying to decide if she should rent out the spare bedroom in her house on AirBnB and she wants your help. She wants to know the following:
– Is there a lot of competition for comparable listings?
– What are similar listings charging per night?
– How popular are similar listings? What about recent listings?
